Returns and Exchanges:

  • Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Only products with original company tags, price tags, and packaging intact will be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Items purchased during sales, festive promotions, or special discount offers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Altered or customized products, as per customer requirements, cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Inspection and Approval:

  • All returned merchandise will be carefully inspected by our team.

  • Riddhi Creation reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality check standards.

Refunds:

  • Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation regarding the return status.

  • After processing, refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your credit card provider.

  • Riddhi Creation will not be responsible for any delay caused by the bank or credit card company.

  • Please note, no guarantee is provided on material, print, color variations, zari, embroidery, embellishments, or handwork.

  • Minor irregularities are the hallmark of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Shipping and Handling:

  • For your protection, we strongly recommend that you send your return through an insured and traceable courier service.

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do not accept returns sent via COD (Cash on Delivery).
