Accepted Payment Methods:

Domestic Payments:

International Payments:

For customers making purchases from outside India, we accept payments through Razorpay using the following methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club)
• Razorpay’s secure payment gateway ensures that your transaction is processed without the need for a Razorpay account.

Virtual Terminal Payment:

• In case you face difficulties in processing payments through the Razorpay portal, we also offer the option to make a payment over the phone, chat, or email using a Virtual Terminal via Razorpay.
• This option is available subject to your prior email authorization.
• To use this service, you must send an authorization email to info@riddhidesign.com, confirming that you would like us to process the payment for you using the Virtual Terminal.
• Once we receive your authorization, we will assist you in completing the transaction over the phone or email in a secure and timely manner.

Important Information:

• No Razorpay Account Required: You DO NOT need to have an existing Razorpay account to make payments through Razorpay’s payment gateway. Simply choose your preferred payment method, enter the required details, and complete the transaction.

Payment Confirmation:

• After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order along with the payment receipt.

Non-Availability of COD:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available as a payment option for any orders placed on riddhidesign.com.

Payment Security:

• We use Razorpay, a highly secure and trusted payment gateway to handle all online payments. Razorpay employs SSL encryption, ensuring that all personal and payment details provided during the transaction are protected against unauthorized access.

Currency and Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any international transactions will be converted to INR by your card issuer or payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate.

Payment Disputes:

• If you experience any issues with the payment or believe there is an error with your transaction, please contact us at info@riddhidesign.com within 48 hours of making the payment so that we can assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
